Also this year, Publistat supports Measurement Month, an AMEC-initiative to generate attention for the importance of PR measurement.
How do communication professionals deal with (social) media storms?
September 7, Young Logeion, the Dutch association for (young) communication professionals, and Publistat organise an event to provide talents in communication with the necessary tools to survive in times of information overload.
This event aims to share the latest trends in communication research and experiences from the field. We are very proud to announce that Sara Vernooij, press officer at the Dutch Safety Board, will be one of our speakers. The Dutch Safety Board is grounded on research and aims to improve safety in the Netherlands. Recently, the Board carried out an extensive international research project on MH17. Around presentations of research reports, Sara Vernooij has to deal with a lot of publicity and press requests. Sara will share her thoughts on the choices the Board faces when determining the Board's communication strategy and how they deal with a media storm.
Among the speakers are also Robin ten Brink and Erik Hilhorst. These experienced communication researchers are working for Publistat, market leader in the Netherlands for media research and full member of AMEC. They will introduce state of the art research practises (based on the AMEC Integrated Evaluation Framework) and highlight inspiring examples of research projects.
The meeting will be in Dutch.
